This week, we’re featuring two of our dedicated Customer Service Executives, Hazel and Krishna, whose around-the-clock commitment keeps every villa operation running smoothly and every guest fully supported.

Customer Service (Day Shift)

Hazel

Hazel manages guest inquiries, mid-stay requests, and coordination with villa teams during the day. Known for her professionalism and quick problem-solving, she also liaises with Airbnb agents to ensure smooth communication and fast resolutions.

Customer Service (Night Shift)

Krishna

Taking over after sunset, Krishna provides round-the-clock assistance for late check-ins, urgent maintenance issues, and guest support. His calm approach and efficiency keep operations running seamlessly through the night.

Phuket Real Estate Update

Phuket’s property market is closing 2025 with growing momentum, supported by higher investor confidence, steady tourism recovery and ongoing infrastructure improvements. Insights from the Inter Property Market Insider Update – Edition 3 show mid-range condominium supply rising sharply, with more than 33,000 units now in the pipeline.

The report also highlights the strength of the premium segment. Branded residences continue to outperform standard condominiums, achieving up to 28% higher prices thanks to better design, reputable management and ready-to-invest models that appeal to today’s buyers.

These trends reflect a shift in investor behaviour. Rather than speculative purchases, investors are now prioritising long-term value, stable yields and properties with stronger resale potential and minimal operational complexity.
