TERMS & CONDITIONS
Above rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room, per month,
inclusive of applicable taxes.
One-month minimum stay is required.
Rates are valid for 2 guests per room and inclusive of breakfast.
Additional person will be charged at THB 5,000 net per person
per month with breakfast included. (Without bed)
No extra bed is allowed for above room types.
Water and electricity expenses are included.
Free use of the fitness facilities.
Rates are inclusive of cleaning and maid service twice per week,
and linen change once a week.
Additional cleaning and linen change will be charged THB 500
net per room per time.
Broken and damaged equipment will be charged to customer
at the hotel price.
No pets are allowed.
The reservation is subject to room availability.
Check-in time at 14.00 and check-out time at 12.00.
Additional THB 1,500 net per month will be charged for kitchenette
PAYMENT
Refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 net per unit per stay must be paid in cash upon check-in. (The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, once the unit has been handed over in good condition.)
Full non-refundable pre-payment is required for reservation.
REMARKS:
If you wish to clean your room additional days, there will be additional charges as details below;
